As head of the Division Order Department, Donna is responsible for maintaining the filing system on all wells and Mineral Rights. She maintains the pay status logs on all assets and oversees Transfer Orders and Division Orders.

​Donna works with field landmen to obtain proper title documentation to verify ownership. She’s instrumental in helping resolve title issues with operators. Donna is a certified Division Order Analyst and is a tenured Oil and Gas specialist.
